Before the Event

• Confirm event details and mats used
• Verify settings.json exists
• Send team signup link to coaches
• Check team logos

Night Before

• Test each mat controller:
  /wp-content/uploads/scoreboard/index.html?event=&mat=1
• Verify rosters load and logos show

Morning Of

• Open controllers and displays
• Assign table workers

During Event

• Monitor mats
• Assist table workers with OT/defaults

After Event

• Export CSVs
• Archive event folder
